Jeremy Moore/ Co- Founder/ Chief Executive Officer
Program Director
Jeremy Moore is a 2023 College Graduate from the University of Tennessee Tech majoring in Business Management with a minor in Social Science. Mr. Moore's career field has led him to become a Lead Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst. Recruited for basketball he attended Blackburn College for a year before transferring to Tennessee Tech University. Mr. Moore has been a Head Basketball Coach for the Byars Dowdy Lions Elementary School for over 8 years. In his spare time, he enjoys playing drums and writing music. Born and raised in Lebanon, TN. He is married to Latia, and they have two kids, Elijah and Amara. He is also the father of Zoriah High and Nyteriah High. Learning from his experiences at a young age, Mr. Moore believes that young people in disadvantaged communities can achieve success at an equal, if not better rate when given the right resources. He strives to provide an atmosphere of enrichment to young people giving them hope to succeed when the odds are stacked against them.
Brody Ferrell/ Chief Operational Officer

Brody Ferrell grew up in Lebanon and is passionate about his hometown. After graduating from Lebanon High School, he went to Union University where he received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Christian Studies. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Rachel, and they have two kids, Livie and Iris. Brody currently works for Lifeway Christian Resources serving as manager over independent retail sales and is pastor of Webb’s Chapel Baptist Church. Any free time is spent on an outdoor trail or checking out= the latest news in cryptocurrency. Brody’s philosophy is to demonstrate love and make a meaningful, positive impact on the lives of those he encounters. He strives to do his part where God has placed him and that's what he intends to do through A Little Moore Love Foundation. Brody embarks on the task to encourage and equip our leaders and volunteers knowing that it would not be possible without their involvement and investment.
Jebre Clemmons/ Chief Financial Officer

Jebre is a Sr. IT Project Manager (PMP) serving the state of Tennessee over the last 10 plus years. He's a proud graduate of MTSU with a Masters & Bachelors. Through hard work and dedication, he has excelled as an Entrepreneur and Real Estate Investor while always putting God 1st and helping those in need. Born and raised in Lebanon, TN but blessed to be able to travel the world. Lastly, Jebre is family oriented and a lover of all animals. Jebre has a strong ambition and looks forward to implementing that mentality to young people. Enriching young people’s lives to understand values of entrepreneurship giving the power to build their own businesses from start to finish.

Meghan Mitchell / Board of Directors
Fundraiser Coordinator
Meghan is a Corporate Real Estate Manager with a Master in Real Estate Development from Auburn University. She is on the Executive Committee for the Auburn MRED program, a “Big” with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle TN. Originally from Chicagoland, Meghan has lived in middle Tennessee since 2012 and Lebanon since 2018 with her husband, Drew and loyal dog, Rocket. Meghan believes it takes a village to raise the next generation. “This is the community where we live and hope to raise our children. I couldn’t think of a better way to put down roots. Together we all rise,” says Meghan. With her experience in fundraising for previous organizations, Meghan brings forth a wide variety of awareness and implementation of funding sources to help further our mission.
Dr. Okeefe Hassell/ Board of Directors
Curriculum Coordinator
Dr. Robert O’Keefe Hassell is a native of Lebanon, Tennessee. He attended Lane College in Jackson, Tennessee where he graduated in 2007, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English. Dr. Hassell went on to pursue Graduate Studies at Tennessee State University where he obtained a Masters in Education (M.Ed.) in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Education Technology. Subsequently, he earned a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Curriculum Planning from the Department of Teaching and Learning at Tennessee State University. He is a published author of 5 books to date. He serves as a National Officer - President of the Celebration of Praise Ministry School of Ministry and Seminary -Albany, GA. He is the Founder and Lead Pastor of The Summit Church Nashville (Nashville, TN). Dr. Okeefe believes his ability to implement A Little Moore-Love’s curriculum will help fulfill the organization’s mission. Also Dr. Okeefe believes it benefits the youth in the community where he was raised in to see a person from the same community achieve high levels of success and giving back to his community.
Taurean Williams/ Board of Directors
Assistant Program Director
Taurean Williams has resided in Wilson County for 7 years. Hereceived both, his bachelor’s, and master’s degrees from Middle Tennessee State University. Professionally, he has been in retail and commercials sales management for over 12 years. Taurean is passionate about serving the underprivileged and promotes diversity and inclusion to strengthen relationships throughout the community. Taurean became a part of this organization because he sees the hope & eagerness to succeed from the youth. They just need assistance with a plan to do so.
